By accessing or using Resum3AI ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Service Description

Resum3AI is an AI-powered platform that generates tailored resumes, cover letters, and keyword analyses based on user-provided content and job descriptions. The Service uses artificial intelligence models to produce output documents. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content; generated outputs are provided for the user's personal use in job applications.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Output generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Users are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before use. Resum3AI makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

5. Credits, Payments & Refunds

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed per job processing operation. Pricing tiers, credit packages, and subscription terms are displayed on the billing page. All payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment provider. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Resum3AI.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including its underlying technology, algorithms, branding, and design — are and shall remain the exclusive property of Resum3AI and its developers. Users retain all rights to their uploaded content. By using the Service, you grant Resum3AI a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Resum3AI and its developers, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, data loss, or errors in generated content. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Resum3AI, its developers, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Final Authority & Dispute Resolution

Resum3AI reserves full authority and legal right to make final decisions on all matters relating to the Service, including but not limited to account management, credit allocation, subscription handling, content moderation, service availability, and dispute resolution. All decisions made by Resum3AI in such matters shall be final and binding.

10. Modifications to Terms

Resum3AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

11. Termination

Resum3AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, at its sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in accordance with Section 9 above.
